Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the timepiece in its original presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring the security of the protective packaging.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
